Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Remote Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support to join our growing operational team. This role combines traditional data entry responsibilities with real-time live chat customer support, offering a unique opportunity to engage with both backend systems and member-facing interactions. As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of information while simultaneously providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to members via live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Member Support: Respond to member inquiries in real time through our live chat platform, addressing questions about content availability, account management, billing, playback issues, and general platform navigation with empathy and professionalism.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and update member information, transaction records, and operational data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Content Operations Assistance: Support the Content Operations & Innovation team by facilitating departmental data needs, ensuring information flows efficiently across workflows.
  • Marketplace Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of transactional and digital marketplace structures, examining industry trends and competitive landscapes on a global scale.
  • Strategic Insights: Offer data-driven insights and recommendations based on marketplace analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Financial Modeling Support: Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance, assess potential scenarios, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and colleagues across multiple departments to understand business operations and contribute to unified goals.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Participate in team meetings and presentations, sharing findings, observations, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Quality Assurance: Review entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions, and take corrective action promptly to maintain data integrity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program. Business, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields are highly preferred.
  • Interest in Entertainment: A genuine interest in working within the film, television, or streaming entertainment industry.
  • Global Marketplace Curiosity: Strong interest in global market analysis and platform-based ecosystems, particularly buyer/seller dynamics and digital transactions.
  • Residency: Must reside in Cameroon for the duration of the role. As this is a fully remote position, relocation is not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software programs such as Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute preferred.
