What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding service to our passengers across multiple communication channels.   • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with their travel needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Whether it's a missed connection, a billing question, or a special request, you will be empowered to find solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Booking and Reservation Assistance: Help customers navigate the booking process, modify existing reservations, add special services, and answer general questions about flight schedules, baggage policies, seating options, and other arenaflex services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments including operations, baggage handling, and in-flight services to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will serve as a vital link between passengers and the broader arenaflex team.
  • Systems Navigation and Data Entry: Utilize multiple proprietary and third-party software platforms to access customer accounts, update travel itineraries, process refunds or exchanges, and document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Upselling and Service Promotion: When appropriate, identify opportunities to inform customers about additional services such as early bird check-in, priority boarding, travel insurance, and loyalty program benefits that can enhance their travel experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Capture and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to help arenaflex continuously improve its products, services, and overall passenger experience.
  • Adherence to Compliance Standards: Follow all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, and company policies to ensure every interaction meets legal and operational requirements.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for helping people. Below are the core qualifications we require:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center, retail, hospitality, or remote work environment. Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and with empathy. A neutral or pleasant phone voice is essential.

  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Customer service never sleeps, and neither does our commitment to passengers.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Additional education in communications, hospitality, or business is a plus.
  • Reliable Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace within your home, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a landline or VoIP phone system (provided by arenaflex).

Preferred Qualifications: Stand Out From the Crowd

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Navitaire
