  • Collaborate Virtually: Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners using arenaflex’s virtual collaboration tools (including video conferencing, instant messaging, and shared workspaces) to share insights and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, provide and receive constructive feedback, and stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, industry trends, and policy updates.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive customer data and adhere to all privacy and security protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Canadian French (Québécois) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask—maintaining a professional phone conversation while navigating multiple computer applications and taking detailed notes.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including data entry, rapid web navigation, and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communications, hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Technical Requirements

  • A dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise that could affect call quality.
  • Desk space large enough to accommodate a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
  • Reliable wired high‑speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). You can verify your speed using any reputable internet speed test.
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary hardware (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam). You are responsible for the internet connection.
  • Two‑factor authentication capability via a smartphone or tablet using the arenaflex mobile app or SMS verification.
