Deine Rolle In dieser vielseitigen Position verbindest Du Vertrieb, Marketing und Community-Building. Du stärkst unsere Markenpräsenz in der DACH-Region, entwickelst Partnerschaften weiter und bringst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle auf das nächste Level. Deine Aufgaben Partner- & Handelsmanagement (ca. 50 %) Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen im Einklang mit globalen Strategien Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Handelspartner in Deiner Region Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu bestehenden und neuen Partnern Regelmäßige Besuche vor Ort zur: Optimierung der Marken- und Warenpräsentation am POS Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Präsentationen Social Media & Community Management (ca. 50 %) Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) Planung und Umsetzung globaler sowie regionaler Kampagnen Erstellung von authentischem Content (Foto, Video, Text) in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern, KOLs und Content Creators Aufbau und Aktivierung von Markenbotschafter:innen Organisation und Teilnahme an digitalen Formaten und Partner-Events Analyse relevanter KPIs (Engagement, Reichweite, Wachstum) sowie Reporting Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und -kontrolle _________________________________________________________________________________ 📍 Location: Home office (preferred in NRW, Lower Saxony, Bavaria, or Baden-Württemberg, Germany) ✈️ Travel: approx. 50 % 🧭 Reports to: Country Manager DACH

Your Role In this versatile role, you will combine sales, marketing, and community-building to strengthen our brand presence across the DACH region. You will develop and maintain partnerships while taking our social media channels and community engagement to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Trade Management (approx. 50%) Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with global strategies Identify and acquire new retail partners in your region Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new partners Conduct regular on-site visits to: Optimize brand and product presentation at the point of sale (POS) Deliver product trainings and presentations Social Media & Community Management (approx. 50%) Work closely with the local Social Media agency to strategically grow and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) Plan and execute global and regional marketing campaigns Help create authentic content (photo, video, text) in collaboration with agencies Manage and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and content creators Build and activate brand ambassadors (no need- same as above) Organize and participate in digital formats and partner events Help setting, achiving and monitoring key performance indicators (engagement, reach, growth) and report results Manage budgets and oversee budget planning

Requirements

Dein Profil Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Marketing, Social Media, Eventmanagement oder Community Management Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung im Umgang mit Handelspartnern, idealerweise im Motorrad- oder Zubehörbereich Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %) Führerschein Klasse A & B (Pflicht) Begeisterung für Motorradfahren (Must-have), Wintersport von Vorteil Wohnsitz in Deutschland Das bieten wir Dir Eine spannende Rolle in einem internationalen, innovativen Unternehmen Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung Direkter Einfluss auf Markenaufbau und Wachstum in der DACH-Region Dynamisches Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Flexible Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice ________________________________________________________________________________________ Your Profile Some to several years of experience in sales, marketing, social media, event management, or community management Excellent communication skills and confident presence Fluent in German and English Experience managing retail partners, ideally in the motorcycle or accessories sector Willingness to travel approx. 50 % Driving license A & B (mandatory) Passion for motorcycling (essential) and interest in winter sports (advantageous) Based in Germany
