Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate Are you a good fit? ? Our Customer Service must be able to quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests. ? This is a call center position focused on sales and customer service. We support you with training and reward your hard work. We are looking for long-term associates. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability with the potential to be considered for future employment directly with our client. Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate ? You should have a stable work history, be a high school graduate or have your GED, and must be authorized to work in the United States. ? Utility business requires occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages. ? Must have at least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years. Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate ? Starts at $16.00/hour with future opportunities for advancement and growth. ? Generous benefits ? Health and life insurance, dental reimbursement. ? A few weeks of paid virtual training 9 a.m.-6 p.m. focused on the sales aspect of the role. ? Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm). ? Office closed on Sundays. ? Start date Monday, March 11.
