Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Media Workflow Engineer to join our Visual Media Systems team. Key Responsibilities

Media Ingestion & Asset Management

• Operate end‑to‑end video ingest workflows, from capture to secure storage, ensuring flawless file integrity and metadata accuracy.
• Design, configure, and maintain shared storage solutions (NAS, SAN, and cloud‑based repositories) that support collaborative editing environments.
• Lead the cataloguing, indexing, and retrieval processes for thousands of media assets, applying industry‑standard naming conventions and tagging strategies.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for media handling, backup, and archiving to meet compliance and disaster‑recovery requirements.

Technical Support & System Administration

• Provide Tier‑2 support for Windows and macOS workstations, including troubleshooting of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, and other motion‑design tools.
• Administer network switches, routers, and firewalls to guarantee low‑latency, high‑throughput connections for large video files.
• Maintain and monitor server infrastructure (both on‑premises and cloud‑based) that powers real‑time rendering, transcoding, and streaming pipelines.
