Now Hiring: In-Home Personal Fitness Coach (Independent Contractor – $22.53–$33.40/hr) Serving Southern Maine & Seacoast New Hampshire | Vanessa Carlson Fitness Vanessa Carlson Fitness is a premier luxury wellness brand delivering high-touch, personalized fitness coaching to women in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a polished, passionate, and professional In-Home Personal Fitness Coach to join our team as an independent contractor.
About the Role
You’ll provide one-on-one fitness coaching to clients in their homes, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and personalized progression. Our clients are results-driven women who expect high standards, consistency, and encouragement. We want a coach who not only looks the part, but also lives the lifestyle—motivated, professional, and warm. What You’ll Do
- Conduct private in-home training sessions
- Perform functional movement and health assessments (training provided)
- Provide virtual accountability and habit coaching between sessions
- Travel to client locations within a 30-minute radius
- Respond to inbound leads (CallRail) and schedule Zoom consults with Vanessa
- Post 2–3 weekly branded social media fitness-related posts
Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $22.53/hr with performance-based bonus opportunities. Top performers earn up to $33.40/hr through:
- Client sign-up commissions
- Retention bonuses
- Lead conversion rewards
- Social media engagement
- Monthly session volume incentives
You’ll receive compensation for eligible drive time and support in building your client base through branded materials, onboarding systems, and community outreach.
Requirements
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain)
- Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and polished, professional presence
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
- Active on social media and comfortable appearing in short fitness clips/stories
