They are seeking a Senior Associate, CPG Ads & Promotions Operations professional to deliver operational solutions and support advertisers, focusing on improving efficiency and troubleshooting platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for operational requirements during product launches and advertiser onboarding initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Support the successful rollout of new processes and operational programs
• Lead end-to-end resolution of platform-related issues
• Coordinate technical investigations and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of operational and technical challenges
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex campaign and platform issues
• Utilize data analysis, reporting tools, and internal diagnostics to identify root causes
• Recommend solutions that improve advertiser performance and platform reliability
• Identify manual processes and operational bottlenecks
• Develop internal tools, automated workflows, and scalable solutions to improve productivity
• Drive operational efficiencies through process automation and technology enhancements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams and advertiser inquiries
• Provide support for campaign, platform, and operational issues
• Deliver a high level of service to ensure advertiser satisfaction and success
• Support campaign management activities including: Campaign setup, Quality Assurance (QA), Ad content moderation, Operational compliance and execution, Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, advertising operations, campaign management, strategic initiatives, or related functions
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage operational metrics to drive decision-making
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• SQL knowledge preferred
