[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking entrepreneurial Regional Sales Managers to drive agency growth and market expansion across key territories, building relationships and influencing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow agency relationships across your territory
- Drive submission growth and increase agency engagement
- Lead onboarding, activation, and long-term agency development strategies
- Conduct strategic, data-driven performance conversations with agency partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, service, and marketing teams
- Represent the organization at industry meetings, agency visits, and events
- Operate with true territory ownership and entrepreneurial flexibility
Skills
- Must be located within one of these 5 areas to be considered: Northern California; Houston, Texas; Tristate(NJ, NY, CT); New England; Louisiana
- Commercial insurance sales, territory management, or distribution experience
- Background working with independent agents, MGAs, wholesalers, or specialty markets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Creative, strategic mindset with strong business development instincts
- Comfortable with travel and face-to-face agency engagement
