[Remote] Structural Steel Project Manager

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel projects for an established AISC-certified structural steel fabricator. The role involves coordinating with detailers, managing project information flow, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and erectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with detailers and track drawing progress
- Manage RFIs and project information flow
- Schedule fabrication, delivery, and erection
- Handle jobsite issues and field coordination
- Price and negotiate change orders
- Track job costs and support closeout documentation
- Maintain strong client and erector relationships
Skills
- 8+ years PM experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong drawing/spec reading ability
- Experience delivering large-scale projects
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Remote (East Coast preferred – ideally within driving distance of DC)
