[Remote] Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Associated Bank is committed to creating an inclusive culture and is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support their Private Wealth business. This role involves driving recruiting strategies, managing talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to attract top talent for client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the recruitment lead for all roles, including senior-level, niche, and hard-to-fill roles, within Private Wealth
  • Partner with business line leaders to develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies
  • Manage requisition workload and/or lead strategic recruiting programs to build talent pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
  • Educate leaders on interview practices, market conditions, and inclusive hiring approaches
  • Analyze recruiting data to inform hiring decisions and improve talent attraction strategies
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences and networking functions, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice

Skills

  • Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience in executive or senior-level hiring or external search firm environments
  • Experience with recruitment for revenue generating roles in the financial industry
