- Develop creative concepts including hooks, formats, series, and storytelling frameworks that drive retention and engagement
- Shape both long-form YouTube content and short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Write and direct content briefs for production, guiding ideas from concept through final execution
- Craft high-performing short-form copy, including hooks, captions, and on-screen text tailored to each platform
- Develop and optimize ad copy for paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment between organic content and conversion-focused messaging
- Partner with attorneys to translate complex legal topics into clear, engaging, and accurate content

- Deep instinct for hooks, pacing, and storytelling that keeps audiences watching and sharing
- Ability to simplify complex, high-trust topics without losing nuance or credibility
- Strong editorial judgment and a clear understanding of platform-specific voice and tone
- Experience leading creative direction and collaborating across teams (production, subject-matter experts, marketing, paid media)
- Knowledge of immigration law (though if you do that's a bonus!)
