As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on impactful projects, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of a robust tech stack to enhance the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Work on meaningful projects with business impact from your very first day
  • Scope and lead large projects, addressing ambiguity, creating plans, and ensuring technical excellence
  • Help develop the team roadmap, balancing key technical and product tradeoffs
  • Teach and mentor members of the engineering team, constantly modeling how great software should be developed
  • Work within our tech stack, which includes Python and Django on the backend, and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript on the frontend
  • Write a lot of code :)

Skills

  • Have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Have worked in multiple functional areas – frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure
  • Have a strong technical foundation
