[Remote] Marketing & Revenue Operations Specialist

The Marketing & Revenue Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting pipeline growth and operational visibility while collaborating with leadership in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead routing, assignment, and lifecycle updates in HubSpot
- Maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and campaign tracking
- Support sales reporting, dashboard preparation, and pipeline visibility efforts
- Coordinate target account uploads, segmentation, and list management
- Assist with email sequences, follow-up workflows, and campaign operations
- Partner with external RevOps resources to troubleshoot workflows, reporting, and automation issues
- Help support standardized sales management and forecasting processes
- Coordinate execution of campaigns across digital, content, and event channels
- Own day-to-day website implementation and content operations within HubSpot CMS
- Upload and update blogs, case studies, landing pages, and customer-facing website content
- Build and update website pages using existing templates and modules
- Support ongoing website optimization and campaign-related updates
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign assets
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Develop and organize digital assets and sales enablement materials
- Maintain and organize sales enablement materials, customer stories, and case studies
- Update and format pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral
- Help support proposal development and presentation preparation
- Coordinate customer references, testimonials, and proof points across teams
- Pull weekly and monthly marketing and sales reports
- Track campaign, website, and content performance metrics
- Assist with reporting tied to lead generation, engagement, and pipeline visibility
- Surface trends, insights, and operational gaps to leadership
- Own and maintain the company LinkedIn content calendar from planning through publishing
- Collaborate with leadership and external content resources to operationalize larger campaign themes and thought leadership initiatives
- Draft, schedule, publish, and monitor LinkedIn and promotional content
- Help repurpose long-form content into reusable assets across social, web, and sales channels
- Maintain alignment between campaigns, events, sales priorities, and social messaging
- Track engagement trends and surface notable customer interactions and insights internally
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, revenue operations support, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Strong written communication and content coordination skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and operationally minded
- Curious and eager to learn new systems, tools, industries, and technologies
- Strong collaborator with a proactive communication style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- HubSpot CMS or website content management systems
- LinkedIn campaigns or social scheduling
- Event coordination
- Canva, Figma, or basic design tools
