They are seeking a Customer Technical Support representative for the medical device industry to assist customers primarily by phone and troubleshoot technical issues related to the product.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers primarily by phone, sometimes via chat, regarding medical device product
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the product
  • Document each interaction into the CRM accurately

Skills

  • 1 year+ of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Must have dependable internet service
  • Patience, empathy, and communication are key
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and troubleshooting support is ideal
  • Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
