Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Full Stack Engineer to enhance their development processes. The role involves leveraging AI tools for development, designing scalable solutions, collaborating with product owners, and driving cloud integration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Augmented Development: Actively leverage AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and/or Cursor) to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and multiply team throughput. Set the standard for AI-first engineering practices and coach the team on effective prompt engineering and agentic workflows
  • Design & Architecture: Work closely with the team to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions in line with project goals and company standards
  • Collaboration: Partner with product owners and the scrum master to prioritize tasks and stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Agile Process: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input on team velocity and progress
  • Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption and integration of cloud solutions (such as AWS and Snowflake)
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and technical decisions to senior management and key stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • Concentration in computer science or related technical discipline, preferred
