[Remote] Junior Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to support and manage a structured AI product feedback workflow for their CK AI platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end feedback process, partnering closely with various teams to evaluate and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CK AI “Thumbs Up/Down” feedback workflow end-to-end, ensuring tickets progress through intake, triage, review, prioritization, and closure
- Perform first-pass triage on incoming feedback, identify clinical vs. non-clinical issues, and route to appropriate stakeholders
- Partner with clinical reviewers, quality teams, and product leadership to evaluate sensitive or high-impact feedback
- Facilitate recurring quality review discussions, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Translate feedback into clear Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering, data science, UX, and content teams
- Support root cause analysis, backlog linkage, and dependency tracking across teams
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure all tickets are properly resolved and closed out
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or similar product-facing roles (Product Owner, Associate PM, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / ML technologies, especially text-based LLMs
- Strong understanding of SDLC and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and QA teams
- Experience translating user feedback, clinical input, or technical findings into clear product requirements, including Jira tickets (user stories, spikes, acceptance criteria, backlog linkage)
- Experience managing structured workflows such as intake, triage, feedback, and issue resolution
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail, with ability to manage documentation, ticket hygiene, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Exposure to healthcare environments or clinical workflows
- Experience with healthcare technology or AI-enabled health products
- Familiarity with LLM quality workflows (RAG, prompt/retrieval behavior, model evaluation, post-launch monitoring)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha, and incorporating UX research or customer feedback processes
