They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will design lifecycle strategies and create personalized member communications to enhance engagement and retention within their community.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, re-engagement, retention, win-back, and churn prevention
  • Member-facing communications across email, text, and voice drops that feel warm, specific, and human
  • AI-powered personalization workflows that use member data to make large-scale communication feel individual
  • Behavioral segmentation logic, triggered campaigns, and member journey architecture
  • Campaign briefs and specs the HubSpot implementation team can execute without follow-up
  • Member health scoring and at-risk intervention campaigns
  • Performance monitoring, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization

Skills

  • 4+ years directly owning lifecycle communications tied to retention, engagement, re-engagement, or churn prevention
  • Strong writing ability: warm, specific, human, and clear
  • Experience with behavioral segmentation, triggered campaigns, and lifecycle architecture
  • Daily or near-daily use of AI tools as real working collaborators
  • Comfort with retention data, churn signals, and campaign performance metrics
  • Background in SaaS, subscription, membership, EdTech, or creator-led communities is a strong plus
