They are seeking a Recruiter to drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for store-level roles and ensure a positive candidate experience while building a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for our store-level roles
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings
  • Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics and recruitment requirements to develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives
  • Engage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools and develop a comprehensive approach to innovative talent sourcing and pipelining
  • Organize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
  • Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Serve as ambassadors in the field, driving adoption of HR corporate initiatives and ensuring consistent communication and execution across locations

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong relationship-building skills; able to influence and partner with field leadership
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
