[Remote] Salesforce Provar Lead Tester – Healthcare Domain

Perficient is seeking an experienced Salesforce Provar Lead Tester with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain to lead QA efforts for Salesforce-based applications and enterprise healthcare platforms. The role involves leading QA testing activities, designing automated test scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality healthcare solutions compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA testing activities for Salesforce applications within Healthcare environments
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Provar
- Validate Salesforce functionalities, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Develop and execute: Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, API testing, End-to-end testing
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and healthcare stakeholders
- Create automation frameworks and improve test coverage and execution efficiency
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms, Claims systems, Provider/member portals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including: HIPAA, PHI data handling standards
- Manage defect tracking, test reporting, and QA metrics
- Lead offshore/onshore QA team coordination and testing activities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Skills
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Provar automation tool
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and objects
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Knowledge of: Selenium, Jira, TestNG, Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines, SQL
- Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr or qTest
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI
- Strong experience in Healthcare/Payer/Provider environments
- Understanding of: HIPAA compliance, Claims processing, Member enrollment, Care management, Patient/provider workflows
- Experience working with PHI-sensitive applications
- Ability to lead QA teams and mentor junior testers
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Salesforce Certification(s) preferred
- Provar Certification is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud preferred
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Exposure to automation framework design and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations
- Experience in healthcare digital transformation programs
