Reporting to the Senior Manager of Self‑Service Engineering, you will be responsible for a broad set of duties that span the entire product lifecycle and support ecosystem:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer‑facing services from inception through retirement, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team of Lead Engineers, Senior Developers, and technical leads to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
  • Establish and nurture a culture of engineering excellence that attracts, develops, and retains top technical talent.
  • Partner with product owners and marketing teams to shape product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Develop and enforce technology standards, policies, and best practices for building and supporting reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.
  • Design architecture, integration, and deployment plans, guiding the execution of product development activities.
  • Own the financial and resource planning for your domain, creating transparent budgets and tracking expenditures.

Essential Qualifications
