We are currently seeking a meticulous and personable Customer Experience Concierge to join our dynamic Customer Contact Center & Engagement division, supporting our SFR (Single-Family Rental) Dispositions Inventory Team.

This is not a traditional call center role. It is a strategic, relationship-driven position where you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of residential properties—coordinating repairs, communicating with brokers, and ensuring successful closings for our clients. Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you will own the journey of newly acquired properties through our SFR Dispositions pipeline. From the moment a property enters our system, you will shepherd it through listing, repair coordination, documentation review, and final closing. You will work directly with our Relocation Directors, partnered vendors, and a nationwide network of real estate brokers—acting as the facilitator who ensures no detail is overlooked and no timeline is missed.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States, with a preferred alignment to the Pacific Time Zone given our San Diego operational roots.

Key Responsibilities

In this highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio Management: Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of residential properties within our SalesForce database, ensuring each property is accurately tracked and progresses efficiently through every stage of the disposition process.
  • Broker Placement Coordination: Strategically place each new property with the most appropriate broker in our national network, matching property characteristics and client needs with broker expertise.
  • Relocation Director Communication: Serve as the primary liaison to our Relocation Directors, providing them with specific listing details, status updates, and actionable insights on every property in your care.
  • Documentation Review: Carefully review all property documentation to assess condition, identify potential issues, and determine the scope of any pre-listing or post-listing repairs required.
  • Vendor Bid Management: Request repair bids from our trusted partnered vendors, evaluate proposals, and facilitate discussions with clients regarding bid approvals, counter-offers, and declined bids.
  • Repair Oversight & Follow-Up: Proactively monitor ongoing repair work, communicate timelines to all relevant stakeholders, and follow up consistently to ensure repairs are completed on schedule and to standard.
  • Broker Update Review: Review broker communications and updates for action items requiring your attention, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Inspection & Closing Support: Analyze inspection reports to determine whether additional repairs, credits, or concessions are needed, and assess their impact on the closing timeline. Follow up on every property until it successfully closes.
  • Closing Assurance: Confirm that all documentation, repairs, and communications are in order to ensure a smooth, issue-free closing process for clients, brokers, and vendors alike.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring the following:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of business experience, preferably in real estate, customer service, property management, or a related field.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: A working understanding of residential real estate processes, terminology, and workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Digital Fluency: Comfort navigating multiple software platforms and digital tools; prior experience with SalesForce is highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and follow-through.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional planning and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to engage with clients, brokers, and vendors in a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented manner.

Preferred Competencies & Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior hands-on experience using SalesForce CRM in a real estate or customer service context.
  • Familiarity with SFR (Single-Family Rental) disposition workflows or residential property management.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers.
  • A background supporting remote teams or working in fully distributed environments.
  • Comfort with data entry, reporting, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
