We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent – Vehicle Rental Operations & Client Experience Specialist to join our airport lot and returns team. This is not a behind-the-desk role hidden from the action. This is a front-line, customer-facing opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, and takes genuine pride in solving problems on the spot. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, every day is different, but every day revolves around the customer. You will be stationed primarily on our airport lot, where the energy is constant, the pace is brisk, and your contribution is visible from the moment a vehicle pulls in. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming Every Customer with Warmth and Professionalism. Greet each returning renter as they arrive on the lot, creating a positive first impression and a smooth handoff into the returns process.
  • Capturing Customer Feedback. Ask every customer about their rental experience with arenaflex and accurately record their feedback so we can continuously improve the experience for future renters.
  • Personal Belongings Check. Ensure customers leave with all of their personal belongings from the vehicle, gently reminding them to check compartments, trunks, and child seats before they walk away.
  • Vehicle Damage Inspection. Conduct a discreet, efficient walk-around of incoming vehicles to identify any new damage, and direct the customer to the counter to complete a damage or loss report when needed.
  • Fuel Level Verification. Use the approved arenaflex script to determine whether a vehicle is being returned with a full tank of gas and document fuel status appropriately.
  • Reviewing Rental Charges. Advise customers on rental charges, answer questions about their bill, and provide a clean, accurate receipt at the close of the transaction.
  • Providing Airport Transportation Information. Direct customers to the appropriate terminal transportation, ensuring they reach the right place at the right time.
  • Service Alert Documentation. Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage communicated by the customer, ensuring the information is routed quickly to our maintenance team.
  • Flagging Vehicles for Maintenance. Identify and tag any vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance, and verify that they are moved to the appropriate lot location.
  • Lot Organization. Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow, supporting both safety and efficiency for the entire team.
  • Working Comfortably Outdoors. Perform your duties in all weather conditions, including direct sunlight, rain, heat, and cold, while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Other Duties as Assigned. Step up wherever the business needs you, because at arenaflex, every team member plays a role in the customer experience.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for candidates who combine real-world customer service instincts with the operational discipline required to run a busy rental lot. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer-facing service experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment such as retail, hospitality, travel, or rental.
  • Driver’s License: Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Technical Comfort: Basic computer navigation skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and/or evening hours, with flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as business demands.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% of the time, including occasional air travel for training or operational support.
  • Uniform Standards: Willingness to wear company-issued uniforms as part of our professional brand presentation.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.

  • Multilingual Communication: The ability to communicate in additional languages beyond English is a strong plus, given the international nature of our customer base.
