What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Experience Specialist for the Bodewell division, you will be the voice and problem-solver for home appliance owners across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional inbound customer support: Handle incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bodewell customers with a focus on resolving their needs quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Supporting product sales and service inquiries: Assist customers with product information, warranty registration, service plan options, and minor concession offerings to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues: Use your product knowledge and critical thinking to identify root causes, offer solutions, and ensure each customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records: Create, update, and retrieve owner records within our systems to document complaints, interactions, and resolutions accurately.
  • Proactively improving the customer journey: Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to leadership and training teams about recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to enhance our support materials and training programs.
  • Contributing to team success: Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and collaborate with peers to continuously elevate service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

What You Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Customer service or sales experience: At least one year of professional experience in a customer service, sales, or related client-facing role.
