Early Childhood Education Navigator

Providing essential support to families of young children, the full-time Early Childhood Education Navigator will connect them to quality early childhood programs and services while primarily working onsite at two clinic locations and having the option to work remotely on Wednesdays. Key responsibilities

  • Assist families with children ages 0-5 in navigating early childhood options, making referrals, and supporting enrollment in community programs
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide education on early childhood resources and maintain updated resource materials
  • Document referrals and follow-up activities accurately, tracking outcomes to support quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with no experience required
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Child Development, Family Studies, or a related field
  • Experience supporting families with enrollment in early childhood programs
  • Familiarity with early childhood options for low-income families
  • Knowledge of the Early Intervention system and preschool special education
