Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring entry-level Remote Operations Support Specialists to join our growing U.S.-based virtual team. In this role, you will perform a variety of computer-based operational tasks, including accurate data entry, records management, and administrative support functions. You will be trained to handle information with confidentiality, respond to internal requests, and ensure that operational data flows efficiently across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
