Key Responsibilities of the Remote Chat Moderator

As a Remote Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline guardian of our Discord community, ensuring that all interactions align with our established rules, values, and culture of respect. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Message Moderation and Content Review: Actively monitor the official arenaflex Discord server to identify and promptly remove messages that violate community guidelines, including hate speech, harassment, spam, off-topic content, and any other behavior deemed inappropriate by our standards.
• User Management and Enforcement: Issue temporary mutes to users who have violated server rules, escalating to permanent bans when necessary for repeat or severe offenders. Maintain clear, consistent documentation of enforcement actions to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Report Investigation: Receive, review, and thoroughly investigate reports submitted by community members regarding rule violations. Assess each report objectively, determine the appropriate response, and follow through with timely action.
