We’re looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our remote team. This role is pivotal for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier IT talent globally. About the Talent Acquisition team: Our team consists of four recruiters, a recruitment lead, six talent sourcers and a sourcing lead. We plan to expand the sourcing team and improve our results by implementing a more automated, data-driven approach. Why does MWDN rock? What is your new project? null What makes this project exciting? null What makes you a great fit Strong interest in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, and the IT industry Understanding of IT-specific sourcing tools and techniques: LinkedIn Advanced Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Search, Github, etc. Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends Intermediate level of English for communication with foreign candidates Strong skills in networking and relationship management A data-driven approach to sourcing strategy evaluation Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and willingness to leverage them for research, sourcing, and productivity Curiosity about new technologies and AI-driven recruitment trends Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Your day-to-day in this position Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels Utilize AI and automation tools to support candidate sourcing and research activities Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain primary communication Update and maintain candidate information in the ATS and internal databases Explore new sourcing channels, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve candidate search efficiency Why work with us?
