Your Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in follow up of inbound leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the initial lead to opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities • Contact and qualify potential customers through calls, texts, and emails • Set appointments and follow up on leads • Track progress towards meeting sales goals • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets • Use Salesforce and sales outreach tools to manage leads and sales activities • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management • Report on lessons learned and be adaptable to try new approaches Requirements • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service • Must be located in eastern time zone (can work remote) • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and/or sales outreach software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability to change Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Previous success in a sales development representative role • Involvement with a school PTA or PTO as a board member or active parent member, a plus Apply Job!
