Your Impact As a UX/UI Developer, you’ll turn polished design concepts into high-quality, responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces. Your work will sit at the intersection of design and development, helping clearer.io deliver product experiences that are visually accurate, technically reliable, and easy for customers to use. You’ll play a key role in improving front-end quality, implementation standards, design system consistency, and the overall experience of our eCommerce products and customer-facing platforms. Role Overview: As a UX/UI Developer, you’ll build and maintain complex UI components, custom product interfaces, Webflow website experiences, and front-end workflows. You’ll translate design concepts into high-quality, responsive user experiences across both our products and websites, collaborating closely with designers, developers, product team members, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented with precision, consistency, and technical quality. \n What You’ll Do: Build, maintain, and improve responsive user interfaces, UI component libraries, templates, product flows, and Webflow-powered website experiences. Translate design specifications, prototypes, and design system components into polished and production-ready experiences. Collaborate closely with designers to resolve feasibility questions, refine interactions, micro-animations, and user flows, and ensure visual accuracy. Integrate APIs, improve front-end workflows, and support more seamless product experiences. Optimize front-end code for performance, accessibility, scalability, maintainability, and cross-browser consistency. Contribute to code reviews, shared components, technical documentation, and front-end best practices. Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues and technical problems across products, websites, and platforms. Support the evolution of front-end patterns that help the team deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality interfaces. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow websites, responsive user interfaces, and web applications, with at least 2 years of experience in front-end development and UI engineering. Highly adaptable and comfortable working across Webflow projects, multiple applications, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, business domains, and development environments. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Sass, Storybook, responsive design, accessibility, and modern front-end development practices. Experience working with modern AI-assisted development workflows and coding agents, using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies to enhance productivity and problem solving. Experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow, including CMS collections, reusable components, responsive layouts, and custom front-end enhancements. Experience building component-based interfaces and contributing to design systems using modern front-end frameworks, libraries, or templating systems. Experience working closely with designers and translating Figma or similar design files into polished, accurate, and production-ready user interfaces. Understanding of API integration, performance optimization, and maintainable code structures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make scalable technical decisions. Good English communication skills and confidence working closely with designers, developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
