The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of critical finance systems. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a crucial role in supporting the Order to Cash and Revenue Value Stream within our expanding Finance Systems team. In this role as an individual contributor, you will assume the crucial responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations and integrations of our Quote to Revenue (Quote,Order to Cash & Revenue) Architecture which includes Zuora CPQ, Billing and Zuora Revenue with an upstream integration to Salesforce CRM and downstream to Netsuite GL. This entails coordinating the end-to-end dependencies across these applications that drive accurate Billing and Revenue Recognition, partnering with our Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations teams to understand their business needs and converting them into functional and technical requirements, build solutions, coordinating release processes, and conducting thorough system testing and issue resolution, all while upholding our rigorous internal control standards. Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with in-depth experience in Zuora CPQ, RevPro and Zuora Billing to join our team As a BSA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define solutions, and support the implementation of Zuora’s Billing and Revenue Recognition systems Your role will involve analyzing complex financial data, gathering requirements, and supporting the optimization of the billing and revenue processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Zuora CPQ, RevPro and Billing implementations Analyze current billing and revenue recognition processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Translate business needs into functional specifications, including process flows, user stories, and data mappings Lead the configuration of Zuora CPQ, Billing and RevPro to meet business requirements Provide in-depth functional knowledge of Zuora Billing (subscription management, invoicing, payments) and RevPro (revenue recognition, compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15) Develop integrations and automations through systems like Workato Apply your knowledge of OTC system best practices and financial processes to propose solutions and specific requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Years of Experience: 10+ years 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno Functional Consultant in billing and revenue recognition systems 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ,Billing and Zuora RevPro A strong background in subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial systems, including compliance requirements Strong knowldege of Zuora CPQ, Zuora 360 and integration with Saleforce and Zuora billing system. Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing, including subscription management, invoicing, collections, and payment processing Deep understanding of Zuora RevPro with practical experience in revenue recognition and compliance standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15) Knowledge of integrating Zuora with other boundary systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Netsuite ERP, and financial reporting systems) Proficiency in business process modeling and tools like Lucid Chart, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms for project tracking and management Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL is a plus Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance and technical teams Experience working in an agile environment. Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with access to our Denver, CO office if you are located in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
