About The Work Design high-impact graphics and visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more Create compelling, on-brand visuals for trending sports topics - breaking news, standout performances, trending sports moments and betting updates Edit and produce short-form video content, memes and viral videos Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts quickly and effectively Translate ideas, stats, and narratives into visually engaging designs that drive fan engagement Stay on top of sports news, trends, memes, and pop culture to create timely and relevant content Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing creative boundaries About You 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sports, media, or digital content) Strong design skills across typography, layout, color, image retouching, and content composition Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects Experience designing visual content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain creative ideas Deep knowledge of sports and an understanding of how fans engage with sports content online Genuine love of pop culture, social media trends and online humour A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail Someone who moves quickly and thrives under tight deadlines A team player who is collaborative, responds well to feedback and is motivated to grow Nice To Have: Prior experience in sports media, sports betting, or a fast-paced content environment Motion graphics, illustration and/or animation
