Overview

The Junior LatAm Recruiter will be a key player in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the specific needs and challenges of Gallagher in the region. Will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of each role, identifying qualified candidates, and managing the end to end recruitment process to ensure the right fit for the organization. Additionally, they may also contribute to employer branding efforts, talent pipeline development, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the competitive insurance market in LATAM. How you'll make an impact Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies: Chile, Colombia, Peru and Brazil hire the best talent in the for the business units. Review and evaluates applicant's work history, education, training, and other qualifications. Conduct and score, testing of applicants; records results and other relevant information. Speaks with/to a variety of external contacts to provide information regarding job possibilities and career opportunities. Map main business necessities and build a talent pool to field requisitions, improving our KPIS. Provide support during M&A activities in the region Collaborate with Global TA Operations Team to successfully implement and train on technology applied to improve talent acquisition processes. Ensures that all hiring practices comply with applicable laws and company policies. policies. Conducts analytical and well-documented hiring reports. Monitors and enforces human resources hiring best practices. Manages relationships with Business Unit managers, acting as a business partner. Ensures a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally. Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting, positioning our branch to different stakeholders (Recruitment Marketing). Encourages and promotes a diverse and inclusive environment. Works with a high degree of autonomy under the instruction of its leaders. About you Bachelor in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Advanced English level. Microsoft Office: Excel and Power Point skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to advice and support data-driven, informed decision making regarding talent acquisition in the region. Apply To This Job
