Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, friendly assistance to arenaflex passengers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries about reservations, baggage, flight changes, and more.
  • Data Entry & System Management: Accurately input passenger information, ticket details, and cargo data into arenaflex’s automated reservation system, ensuring compliance with airline standards.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons; calculate totals, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve overbookings, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other passenger concerns quickly and within policy guidelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete required forms, incident reports, and performance logs; submit accurate data to supervisors and management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Customer Support Specialists, supervisors, and ground‑operations staff to maintain smooth airport operations.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
