Job Summary As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our healthcare communication team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of customer service.
• Communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals regarding appointment scheduling and status updates.
• Obtain necessary patient information to provide personalized and efficient service.
• Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies, adapting quickly to changes and modifications.
• Execute multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide clear and concise communication to all levels of customers and providers, ensuring that information is conveyed in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred candidates will have a strong educational background in a related field.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish/English or Chinese/Cantonese/English a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is highly desirable.
