Independent Recruiter – Finance / Accounting / Sales / HR / Executive Commission-Based / Remote / Flexible Role Overview This is not a traditional recruiting job. This is for a proven recruiter who wants to build their own book of business, control their income, and operate with true autonomy—without sacrificing the support, brand, and infrastructure needed to succeed. At The Finders, we operate a brokerage-style model where experienced recruiters keep the majority of their billings. You bring the drive and execution—we provide the collaboration, platform, and 28 year old brand. We are looking for a local Arizona Independent Recruiter who knows how to source, build relationships, and close. Ideally, someone that desires to do some business development along with recruiting. If you’re tired of capped commissions, unnecessary meetings, or being treated like a number—this is your opportunity to work differently. Our Successful Recruiting Partners:

  • Proactively source and engage top local talent (active + passive candidates)
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and qualifications
  • Prepare and coach candidates throughout the interview process
  • Manage interview coordination and communication between clients and candidates
  • Negotiate and close offers, including compensation discussions and counteroffers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and referrals
  • Deliver a high-quality, consultative experience to both clients and candidates
  • Are passionate, competitive and want to succeed

Who This Role Is For

  • You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Finance, Tech Sales, or HR
  • You have a track record of placements and revenue generation
  • You are a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction or reqs to come in
  • You are comfortable sourcing, cold outreach, and building relationships from scratch
  • You know how to close—not just coordinate
  • You want uncapped earning potential and are motivated by performance-based income
  • You value freedom, flexibility, and autonomy in how you work
  • You think like a business owner, not an employee
  • You are adapting AI into your process

  • You need a base salary to feel comfortable
  • You’re early in your recruiting career and haven’t owned full-cycle searches
  • You rely primarily on inbound applicants instead of proactive sourcing
