Project Manager (SaaS ERP / GovCon preferred)
Mid-sized growth-oriented enterprise software company looking to augment their team with an experienced Project Manager (remote) to assist in the implementation of cloud-based systems used by large corporations. SaaS ERP experience required. GovCon and/or project-based accounting systems preferred. The following outlines the general scope and level of responsibilities associated with this role. - Minimum of 5+ years managing ERP implementations across the full lifecycle delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Planner).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations across a portfolio of 10+ concurrent projects.
- Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
- Lead client-facing delivery and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks before impacting delivery.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, drive resource alignment to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure consistent use of project management best practices across implementations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
