Position Overview We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative. This position operates during third shift hours from 1100 PM to 700 AM and involves providing exceptional service to customers seeking consumer loans and financial assistance. After completing a brief in-person training period during the first week, successful candidates will transition to a fully remote work arrangement, enjoying the flexibility and convenience of working from home. The primary focus of this role is to perform approvals of consumer loans, make payment arrangements, and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will serve as an intermediary between potential clients and our financial institution, ensuring that qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner while protecting arenaflex's credibility and reputation. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to support both our customers and our organization. Your daily activities will include Loan Processing and Approval Perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems. Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans based on established criteria and guidelines. Customer Communication Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications, payment arrangements, and general inquiries. Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Documentation Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, ensuring that records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Problem Solving Use basic business math to solve problems and calculate payment amounts, interest rates, and other financial figures as needed. Analyze, appraise, and verify loan applicant information to make informed decisions. Follow-up Support Follow up with customers to clarify important points, address concerns, and ensure that all necessary information has been provided for loan processing. Loan Finalization Finalize loan details and keep customers informed regarding rules, obligations, repayment terms, and any other relevant information pertaining to their loans. Payment Processing Process card payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed properly and recorded in the system. Product Knowledge Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services, including changes in regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
