Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and interests
- Assist with researching vacation options, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Help organize travel arrangements using approved supplier and booking platforms
- Share destination information and travel-related resources with clients
- Support itinerary preparation, reservation tracking, and booking confirmations
- Respond to client questions and provide assistance throughout the planning process
- Maintain organized records of travel requests and client communications
- Stay informed about supplier programs, promotions, and destination updates
- Participate in coaching sessions, training workshops, and educational programs
