Mission: This global product manager role is responsible for all new development, sustainability, and rationalization of product management activities within key segments of CenTrak’s product portfolio. This position will directly manage the lifecycle of existing products and develop the strategy for new products based on market insight and adjacencies to drive category growth. Role will be instrumental in contributing to the strategic direction, driving portfolio decisions, and executing product management activities for development, sustaining, and rationalizing. This position reports to the SVP, Global Product Management.

Responsibilities

Understand product portfolio by segment and region, identify product gaps and work with development teams and other functions to prioritize initiatives Identify new market/product opportunities and current/future competitive threats Drive NPD vitality through building the funnel of potential new products, and lead successful launches that meet business case projections Assess priorities, track across regions, and communicate portfolio ROI based on thorough understanding of unit sales, ASPs and margins against budget for key products; develop business case/proposal for actions to achieve budget Responsible for the new product development process (NPD) and strategyPlan, manage, document (business case) and communicate results of market research, focus groups, surveys, and competitive analysis to identify potential product line gaps/additions, product trends, and adjacency opportunities Lead VOC research for product portfolio Manage the marketing deliverables for each phase gate in support of NPD Close engagement and alignment with Customer Success, Quality, Operations, and Commercial organization in initiatives for both sustainment and new product development Partnership with commercialization teams across organization to ensure successful product launches, education, programs, and promotions Key contributor to yearly strategy and forecasting process for the products in your portfolio, including portfolio strategy updates and reviews Report to leadership monthly as per various Strategy Deployment initiatives, tracking and providing analysis of key projects and metrics Act in key role on Business Development activities such as due diligence, integration, and/or new business opportunities as needed Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure products meet international standards and healthcare regulations Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, clinical, operations) to deliver innovative solutions for healthcare providers Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), strategic partners, and customers to inform product direction and adoption Monitor and analyze global market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in real-time location and MedTech sectors Support the creation and execution of global go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional campaigns Oversee product launch planning and execution, including training, documentation, and post-launch performance analysis Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements from global markets, translating insights into actionable development plans Support sales enablement and customer education efforts, including presentations, demos, and technical documentation Represent CenTrak at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events as a subject matter expert Qualifications: BA or BS degree in related field (marketing, engineering, etc.). 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management Experience with technology products in the Healthcare market is desired Direct experience translating market insights into portfolio strategy Experience with product roadmaps and rationalization Demonstrated success in developing and rolling out new products Demonstrated ability to operate, influence, and establish relationships at all levels History of quantifiable achievements in project/product management Must be very customer (internal and external) focused and results driven Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is a must Extremely strong communication skills (oral, written, developing/giving presentations) are mandatory. Ability to communicate with multiple levels of personnel within the organization - from entry level employees to executive level Must have demonstrable competence in office software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and mainframe applications.
