Why This Role Matters
The Physical Security Program Manager sits at the heart of arenaflex’s Field Solutions, Implementation & Support team. You will be the architect and guardian of security frameworks that span every arenaflex location in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Documentation: Craft detailed physical security design requirements, standards, and technical manuals that align with arenaflex’s global security policies.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze architectural blueprints and translate them into actionable security designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
- Policy Implementation: Interpret arenaflex security policies and convert them into real‑world applications across diverse facilities.
- Project Scoping & Budgeting: Draft comprehensive Scopes of Work, develop project bidding packages, and manage budgets for security system installations.
- Cross‑Team Coordination: Partner with Design & Construction, IT Security, Network Engineering, and Corporate Systems teams to deliver timely, high‑quality security solutions.
- Technical Support & Guidance: Provide expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and mentorship to internal teams and external integrators.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead communication with senior leadership, facilities managers, and external vendors to align security initiatives with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes, propose corrective actions, and drive the evolution of arenaflex’s security posture.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience managing the design, operation, and installation of global physical security systems, including the creation of design specifications, standards, and training programs.
- Hands‑on expertise with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM and Bluebeam workflows.
- Deep technical knowledge of analog and IP CCTV, card access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
- Solid understanding of security tendering processes, operational security practices, and the legal/ethical landscape surrounding physical security.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments with frequent interruptions, maintaining focus and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
