Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do Every Day
As a Customer Service Representative on our Loyalty team, your primary mission is to retain and delight customers by delivering exceptional service experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Relationship Cultivation: Build genuine rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and consultative communication strategies that demonstrate your investment in their needs.
- Retention-Focused Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to retain customers who may be considering discontinuing their service, transforming potentially negative interactions into positive outcomes.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Efficiently navigate between multiple proprietary systems to research, diagnose, and resolve complex customer concerns related to one or multiple products and services.
- Needs Discovery: Uncover customer wants, interests, and underlying needs during each interaction to effectively save existing relationships and identify opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services.
- Self-Sufficient Problem Solving: Demonstrate resourcefulness by utilizing various support tools, knowledge bases, and digital resources to independently research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual environment.
- Collaborative Support: Leverage virtual communication tools including chat, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms to engage with managers and support teams when additional expertise is needed.
- Billing and Account Management: Remain proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing inquiries, addressing rate plan questions, and handling feature-related matters across multiple product lines.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services, walking customers through solutions with patience and clarity.
- Schedule Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to established schedules including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure consistent availability for customer inquiries and exceptional service delivery.
Work Schedule and Availability Requirements
This is a full-time position requiring 40 working hours per week. Our hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs, including possible mandatory overtime when required. Current business hours include:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST
Training Period: Initial training and nesting hours run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, for approximately three months. Daily attendance during training is mandatory.
Post-Training Schedule: After completing training, your hours will shift to later shifts that may include Saturday and/or Sunday coverage. Paid time off becomes available after three months of service.

To qualify for this remote work-from-home position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: South Dakota (SD), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), or Wisconsin (WI).
Work From Home Technical Requirements
- Verified Internet Service: Must have verified high-speed internet with a minimum of 18 Mbps download speed and 12 Mbps upload speed.
- Dedicated Work Area: Must maintain an established, dedicated workspace including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
- Company-Provided Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment including keyboard, monitor, computer, and mobile device.
Compliance and Workspace Standards
- Maintain workspace in alignment with arenaflex work-from-home standards including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements.
- Adhere to the Clean Desk policy and participate in regular workspace audits.
- Be available for remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, workspace photography, and video chat audits.
- Follow technical support processes and comply with organizational security and compliance standards.
- Participate in required trainings, performance management activities, and recurring management routines.
- Comply with manual and automated remote monitoring policies.
