The Role: Digital and Direct Customer Growth Team

As a Senior Analyst on our Digital and Direct Customer Growth Team, you will play a critical role in driving incremental revenue growth through customer-centric strategies spanning Website, Paid Media, MYCA, Email, and Direct Mail marketing channels. Your work will expand engagement and position arenaflex as an essential partner in the financial lives of our Card Members. This position is embedded within our broader Consumer Marketing Group, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results across web and mobile platforms.

The Senior Analyst for Customer Site will specifically support the acquisition experience on our dormant customer site, serving our existing U.S. Card Member base. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic cross-sells, upgrades, standalone value-added cards, and lending and banking products across our diverse portfolio. You will manage creative and copy direction, monitor offer performance, optimize site user experience, and execute test-and-learn initiatives while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel. This is a high-visibility position that requires both creative and analytical capabilities, exceptional energy, strong relationship management skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing of strategic cross-sells, upgrades, standalone value-added cards, lending products, and banking offers across the Customer Site channel in partnership with leadership and peer teams.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across multiple product lines.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements that improve customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
  • Partner with analytics teams to understand channel performance, translate data into actionable insights, and optimize campaigns and experiences accordingly.
  • Support the development of channel forecasts, monthly reporting and business reviews, and monthly re-forecasting processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Consumer Marketing, Technology, Brand, Marketing Performance, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Capabilities teams to deliver results for our Card Members and the business.
  • Champion the customer perspective in all initiatives while balancing business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative with a demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong drive and excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of finding ways around obstacles and challenges while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, and personalization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in marketing communications.
