The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager – Customer Analytics & Identity Platform, you will operate as the strategic owner of the Client Insight Center product line. You will define vision, prioritization, and execution timelines, partner closely with Engineering, Data Ventures, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, and serve as the champion of data integrity, security, and user privacy across the organization.
This is a remote, full-time position based in the United States, offering the chance to lead a high-impact product at the heart of arenaflex's analytics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Drive the turn of events, articulation, and execution of the Client Insight Center product strategy, elevating the quality and accessibility of customer research and insights for internal stakeholders across arenaflex.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and communicate a clear, data-informed strategy, prioritization framework, and delivery timeline for the Client Insight Center, balancing short-term impact with long-term scalability.
- Platform & Tooling: Ensure that analytical tools and platforms are architected, built, and scaled to meet the security, integrity, and privacy needs of internal teams consuming customer data and identity information.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators and success metrics that measure both product adoption and the internal reach of the Client Insight Center.
- Industry Foresight: Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital customer identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy regulation. Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Data Ventures, and Customer Experience teams to deliver best-in-class customer analytics solutions with an unwavering emphasis on data security and customer privacy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, strategic direction, and performance insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners with clarity and confidence.
- Inclusive Design Advocacy: Champion accessibility and inclusive digital experiences, embedding accessibility considerations throughout the product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following minimum qualification paths:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus 7 years of experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
- Deep familiarity with digital identity, customer data platforms, or analytics infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
- Experience working with assistive technologies and integrating accessibility seamlessly into product design and engineering workflows.
- A strong background in building inclusive digital experiences and supporting a culture of accessibility.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- A passion for data ethics, user privacy, and responsible AI-driven analytics.
