Your Role: Crafting Unforgettable Member Journeys

As a Member Service Professional (MSP) at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in Philadelphia, you will serve as the face of our brand and the first point of connection for our most valued Card Members. Your work will be defined by attentiveness, empathy, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations. Working as part of a close-knit, high-performing team, you will bring warmth, polish, and personalization to every interaction — turning a routine layover into a memorable moment in our members’ travel journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm, Memorable Member Arrivals: Welcome Card Members upon entry to the lounge with genuine warmth, professionalism, and pride in the experience you represent. Manage reception duties with efficiency and grace, ensuring a seamless check-in process that sets the tone for the visit.
  • End-to-End Ownership of the Experience: Take full accountability for each member’s journey from arrival to departure, anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of the arenaflex brand.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with innovation and resourcefulness, identifying thoughtful ways to resolve concerns and turn potential friction points into moments that strengthen member loyalty and enthusiasm.
  • Concierge and Lifestyle Recommendations: Offer tailored suggestions for dining, cultural experiences, and local attractions. Serve as a knowledgeable resource who can enrich our members’ time in Philadelphia and beyond, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure.
  • Travel Consultation and Reservation Support: Provide light travel advisory services and assist with reservation requests, leveraging your knowledge of airline, hotel, and hospitality networks to offer confident, well-informed guidance.
  • Lounge Hospitality Coordination: Partner closely with our food and beverage team to ensure that every member’s dining preferences and accessibility needs are met with care, courtesy, and attention to detail.
  • Technology Fluency: Navigate multiple digital platforms with ease — including reservation systems, internal communication tools, and member databases — to deliver accurate, responsive service in a face-to-face environment.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the values, voice, and visual standards of arenaflex at all times, representing the brand with the polish, integrity, and professionalism that our members have come to expect.
  • Resilience in a Dynamic Environment: Adapt quickly to changing volumes, member needs, and operational demands, remaining calm, focused, and solution-oriented during peak periods or unanticipated situations.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of service expertise, personal warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delighting premium customers and a deep belief that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day better.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience servicing premium or high-end customers in a hospitality, travel, retail, or related environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently, listen actively, and respond with empathy and clarity.
  • A natural ability to read customer cues and offer confident, tailored recommendations that consistently result in high satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, positivity, and composure in all interactions — even in high-pressure or fast-moving situations.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to rely on and support colleagues in a busy, high-energy environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act quickly and effectively when the unexpected arises, always with the member’s experience at the forefront.
  • Resourcefulness in using the internet and digital tools to provide real-time, accurate assistance in person.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a continuously evolving work environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lounge hours of operation are 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, with schedules subject to change based on business needs.
  • Ability to perform light to moderate lifting as required by certain job tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required. arenaflex will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an airline, airport lounge, or travel industry setting is highly valued.
  • Specific travel reservation experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with concierge, hospitality, or luxury service standards is a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex is committed to recognizing the contributions of every colleague and supporting their well-being holistically. For this role, the expected hourly pay range is $20.00 to $22.12, with additional bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will consider your location, experience, and relevant qualifications.
