The role involves planning, developing, and delivering products that cater to AAC users, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a strong understanding of AAC users, communication partners, and professionals through ongoing engagement
• Conducts market and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and product positioning
• Gathers, prioritizes, and manages stakeholder needs to guide product decisions
• Collaborates with users and cross-functional teams to define solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Defines product features and requirements to support successful development and delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
