[Remote] Executive Director of Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ETF Capital Markets Advisors LLC is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to oversee and optimize their operational functions. This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between operational performance and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency across multiple departments and functions
- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and business outcomes
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and organizational priorities
- Lead cross-functional projects and operational transformation initiatives
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
- Optimize resource allocation, workforce planning, and operational budgeting processes
- Partner with finance, human resources, technology, sales, and customer service teams to improve organizational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain operational reporting systems to support executive decision-making
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leadership teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive operations management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale operational functions
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, business growth, and organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, performance management, and operational strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex business environments
