[Remote] HR Digital Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an HR Digital Analyst to contribute to their growth and leadership objectives in Europe. The role focuses on leveraging data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience through data analysis and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital tools
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures
- Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives
- Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions
Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
