[Remote] Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is a technology company seeking a Mid-to-Senior level Operations Manager to support sensitive and security-focused workstreams. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating operational processes, and improving efficiency while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal administrative systems, following established runbooks
- Process approved request batches accurately and on schedule, verifying changes take effect and escalating discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of completed work: update trackers, close out request threads, and flag mismatches between records and live system state
- Coordinate with internal teams across multiple deployment environments, including government cloud
- Propose runbook updates when documented steps drift from how systems actually behave

- Strong organizational skills, process improvement experience, cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and a track record of executing complex operational initiatives
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume, multi-system execution work — small errors have customer-facing impact
- Comfort working in internal admin tooling and structured workflows; prior operations, deployment-support, or technical-support experience preferred
- Clear async written communication; comfortable working US Pacific hours
- Comfort escalating to internal stakeholders when there are bugs or questions you can't answer on your own
- Ops manager at a tech company would be ideal
