[Remote] Salesforce QA Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to support testing efforts across Salesforce platforms. The role involves performing manual testing, validating functionality, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure system quality and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows
- Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews
- Ensure overall system quality and data integrity
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes
- Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Exposure to test automation (not mandatory)
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce certifications
